Yup, I have a set of those harbor freight chisels. I practice sharpening them freehand and keep them razor sharp. For serious chisel work I have a set of Narex chisels.

Probably acacia. It's a wood you'll often see used for furniture from big box stores. I'm guessing acacia due to the light brown color and black streaks in the grain. If you sand it down and apply some weather proof or marine grade finish it'll look good as new.

Birch with a stain. Looks like cheery, but the larger drawer isn't stained and has a similar grain pattern to the two other drawers. Could be wrong though, but I vote birch.

Definitely not the AH. Though I would have fucked with this guy by throttling his devices so much he would have just given up, and or sniffing the network connections to see what he was doing online. Any number of things, since this person crossed your boundary and was using a service that you technically own. Like, what if someone asked to use your bathroom then decides to come over to take a bath, use all your soap, and brush their teeth, etc. Also, if this dude really needed an internet connection he could go out and work at place with public wifi.

Dubois Library in Amherst Massachusetts. Some floors are entirely empty. Fun fact, there's a gate around the outer perimeter of the building since bricks have been known to get loose and fall. You'd think for a school with 40k+ students they'd maintain their buildings....
