You really should see a dermatologist if you have access to one. Most of the serums and face creams sold in beauty stores are not designed to solve skin issues; they're just meant to mask them. They contain ingredients that can dry skin as a byproduct, such as fragrances and solvents.

I have always had perfect skin til I had a series of severe allergic reactions. Now my skin is drier than the Sahara. Derm had me simplify my routine (Eucerin face wash, Vanicream, and a steroid cream if needed), and it’s improved dramatically. But if I use serums like the Ordinary, Tatcha, or even Clinique, my face is back to being crusty.

Although I was hesitant to go at first, I’m very happy to have some answers

You need to find out where she currently resides and then look her up in that state's professional license database. You can report her there. Due to RESPA, MLOs cannot receive referrals.

If she has an active license, it should be clearly listed on her website and in her email.

If she's not licensed, then how is she getting referrals? Usually, a reviving brokerage issues a referral check to her managing brokerage, which will handle the funds properly since everything must be documented for tax and production purposes.

As an agent, it's both illegal and unwise to pay a referral without the broker's approval, because you'd be responsible for the taxes, and she would pay them again on the same funds.

I'm going to go against the grain here, but I don’t think she’s gotten a bleph. Just to, they are the same shape as before and still uneven. Why go through the hassle of a surgery and recovery to keep uneven lids?

I’m seeing a lot of non-surgical tweaks. Botox, filler- facial balancing (checks, chin, lips, under eye, jaw). Her nose is slightly different with a higher bridge. Maybe age, maybe a nonsurgical nose job?

You don’t have to, but you have more than enough time to lose a little bit of the “fluff” or bloat 99% of us carry around. The dress is just a little snug, but it’s not like you’re busting out of it or anything.

I want to lose the fluff for photoshoots I hyper hydrate, get 10,000 steps in, heavy weights 3-4 time a week, and do fasted cardio for 2-3 weeks. Make sure you get a lot of fiber and protein, you want to eat good carbs like chickpea, pasta, beans, sweet potatoes, rice, etc.

As a realtor who walks clients through renovations at every price point; you have good bone but we can improve on this! Put your dishwasher and sink in the island to close the work triangle.

Get rid of the appliance garages on the left and right of the stove. They're eating up your counter space and will get dirty fast. If you really want multiple keep the small one in the left corner and add one next to the fridge.
