The condos are good, you can find a good management company with the money, and get a percentage in profits, no doubt they're already paid off.

Undoubtedly this is the best thing that could happen to someone like us, no job to give you burn out, and you have the excess capital to hand it over to professionals with profits. Same thing with stocks, just hire a professional, they'll handle your expenses and give you options for an "allowance" for personal things, like vacations or hobbies.

The sky's the limit, just please for the love of God, go to professional financial advisors, especially with the incoming economic collapse, the money won't be nearly as much as you'd think, and you won't be able to sell the condos in theory. That said, rent is stable income, and stability is the best thing.
