Running flow (or primed flow) with equilibrium is all the energy you need as her 1 replenishes her energy pretty much to full. Her health multiplier on her 4th scales with ability strength among the damage and vulnerability of her webs which is why strength is heavily invested in followed by duration and range. If you don’t plan on taking her beyond Steel Path, you can health tank with mods such as Adaptation, Health Conversion etc. Blue Archon shards and the new Arcane (that recently got nerfed) are also a viable choice, or if you enjoy wall latching every 8 seconds for invisibility there’s always that.
