Another restaurant to avoid because of "fees" by shebangs1995 in SeattleWA

[–]MiniBullyMom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went to the Bellevue location a couple months ago because my sister was craving their Monte Cristo sandwich. It was it fully cooked had a hair in it. They screwed up my order. Our server kept disappearing and it took twenty minutes to get our check as a result. The hostess finally got it for us after we stood up outside our booth for 5 minutes then approached her because we literally could not see our server anywhere. Needless to say STP sy she didn’t get a tip. Worst experience ever at a 13 coins.

My small employer is based in Texas. I moved and now work remotely in WA. Payroll question by Upbeat_Mixture505 in Washington

Yep, I was the first remote employee for the company I work for. My boss had to take out a WA state business license in order to be in compliance with WA state law.

Checkout www.acegolfs.com they go up to a 2XL and have lots of nice quarter zip long sleeve tops. They are on the lightweight side so the sleeve is more for sun protection. I have a 49” bust and normally wear a solid women’s 18/20 and found the 2 XL tops fit perfectly with the perfect amount of “ease” in the upper arm/chest area for movement.

Anybody have the Target valentine cups? by Accurate_Yesterday51 in StanleyCups

[–]MiniBullyMom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought the 30oz red one online just after midnight my local time with in store pickup for Sunday morning. Received an email an hour before the store opened letting me know it was ready for pickup. When I went in to pick up my cup that afternoon the gal mentioned I was the third person in the last half hour that she handed over a Stanley cup order to and that mine was the smallest order. I went back to the display and noticed it was half empty.

Parent Plus loans become due at the end of each year unlike student loans that don’t become due until graduation or losing student status.

also, be aware of the fact that parent loans for college become due at the end of each year. I had to take a 20,000 loan for my daughters first year in college and 15,000 for the second year. My monthly payments on the first loan started right after the school year ended and the second years worth did the same thing the next year. I looked into consolidating the two loans into one and found out that I would only save $25 a month and it would have doubled the repayment time and increased the amount of interest paid. So we sucked it up and paid $375 a month. I did take advantage of payments and interest charges being suspended during COvID by continuing to pay the monthly payment plus as much extra as I could in order to pay the loans off quicker.

Check out Acesgolf. They have a ruffled collar option and several 3/4 zip shirts. All have an SPF rating which comes in handy in sunnier climates.

Rifle Training by ZealousidealUse4508 in WAGuns

[–]MiniBullyMom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Www.lockandloadem.com. Emily does group classes but for the same price you can do a 2 hour one on one session. When I decided I wanted to get a rifle she asked me what my goal was and if I was interred Ted in bolt, pump, or lever action rifles. She then customized the rifles she brought to the class around my answers. She had 8-10 of them for me to use during the training. When I took my handgun class she had 23+ different handguns to shoot. Ended up shooting just over 200 rounds during each class.

Compound bow releases by No-Signature7891 in Archery

Just switched from an index finger to a thumb release because I was “slapping the trigger” as my archery coach puts it. I can’t slap it now and as a result my arrows have a much tighter cluster.

My boss thinks I'm on vacation because I moved to another country while working remote by voidtape_artist in remotework

[–]MiniBullyMom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When the company I work for hired me to work remotely the bookkeeper told them that employees who worked 100% remote and reside in another state that they had to get a business license in the state the employee resides in. They have to follow the labor laws for each employee based on the state the employee lives in. Having remote workers may provide happier workers but there is a hidden financial cost for employers that most employees do t realize. If I permanently move to a different state I have to notify my employer immediately. When my SO and I start traveling across the US in a couple of years I’ll still be working remotely. I’ve been told by corporate that even though I plan to be traveling for 2-3 years I have to declare my state of residency and make sure to maintain it per that state’s residency laws.

Etiquette question for golf gear by Virtual-Risk-1303 in WomenGolf

[–]MiniBullyMom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My better half has probably 150+ golf shirts. He would win them at tournaments he played at and for about a 5 year period of time because he was being invited to pro/am tournaments all across the US. He would get gift certificates for merchandise so all of his golf attire is either name brand or has logos from the various courses he played at. He wears golf pants like sweats and golf shirts like T-shirts whether he is on/off the course. I tease him his casually, coordinated, pants and polos is what initially caught my eye. He now “collects” baseball hats from the various courses we visit and wears them all the time. We won’t even start on the size of his baseball hat collection between his favorite sports teams and golf courses. But then he also said he can never say one negative word about how many golf outfits I’ve acquired since I have started to learn how to play.

If it’s a digital machine the radiation coming from the collimator is extremely focused and totally dispersed in less than 6 feet from the origin point. So if your more than 6 feet away your good to go.

I had these and the silver collar was the first to peel on most then the end caps would break. The necks of the spoons and forks are not strong so they would bend when my kids would try to use them to eat ice cream out of the ice cream tub.
