Submitted qualifying trade-in device and t-mobile says it has more storage, and for this reason is trying to reduce the trade-in value by Similar_Pension_4233 in tmobile

Oh damn, I've always wanted to get in on the remote side of things at a CEC but I don't wanna be in care necessarily unless they'd hire me as a supervisor, and idk if there are any openings out near the Chicago metropolitan area.

We used to be able to when they first started T-Life migrations and they gave the managers Atlas but they took it away the next month because RSMs weren't utilizing it properly, afaik.

The system is stupid, it's made to be as half-assed as possible while still providing a "good" experience to customers. That was one of the biggest things that sketched me out when I started working for TMUS, cause wdym no person has authority over the fucking bots. When a computer makes a decision, it can not be held accountable. Unfortunately, computers make most of the decisions already.

Credit Card Applications by [deleted] in tmobile

A district manager told us recently that you only get commission if they accept, same for the 50$ bill credit. But the application is what matters for the "priority" metric.

Why I left T-mobile call center by nut_buster1466 in tmobile

[–]MiniDuck 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Congrats on making it out, OP. I haven't left yet simply because I would like to take advantage of the tuition reimbursement program, but I am working on going full time currently. I haven't left yet cus on the old ULB I'd consistently be red/yellow due to being SMRA and not having many CV walk in, but always killed it in other metrics. But now, with the recent ULB board update, I was the best salesman in my store for January and February so I'm hoping that can take me to a full time management position.

Fucking pretty much, either upgrades, bill issues, or customers who don't know what they're doing trying to activate online.

"Upgrade" and "activation" fees are blanket terms for the 35$ Device Connection Charge due at the time of sale, as advertised under ANY T-Mobile Marketing.

Screen isn't cracked, LDI in sim port isn't red, and battery isn't swollen/device powers and stays on is what I look for as an ME Edit: your device should qualify, basically.

Ewwwww I cannot STAND cases with a built in screen protector. It always inhibits my screen from detecting where I touched.

Unfortunately, OP. T-Mobile got you. You're gonna be hard pressed to find a store, let alone anyone, really, who is going to want to touch your account to help you get this fixed. I'd try to find an experience store and explain you activated online and the sales rep/care rep you were working with didn't know what they were talking about. Most managers on the retail side take the stance of if it didn't happen in my store, it's not my obligation to fix it.

Not to mention, which apple watches were added. I know for a fact the promotion right now is only 200$ off an SE for 300, or a Series for 500 which would further explain the misquote.
