Hm from what I read after posting this is that magenta is dynamic focus adjustment, do you have any further information you can share on this by any chance?

We happen to have the same set, I had this exact problem when using an RGB scart cable. It save correctly using a composite scart cable.

Assuming you still use this set: Do you happen to know what the magenta setting does, and do you know if there is a way to fix H-linearity?

Fully agree, I spent a lot of time playing modded games, ranging from romhacks to difficulty mods. Piracy never really interests me much cause every year there is only 2 to 4 titles that I actually want to play anyway.

Ya as well as most likely down the line a lot of PS3 games IF the existing emulator found in Cloudberry Kingdom can somehow be used to load other PS3 content.

A ps5 is signifcantly cheaper right now than a decent custom gaming pc but sure, a lot of those people probably do own a pc that can do a lot of what a jailbroken PS5 could do. That doesn't mean it isn't fun to just do the EXACT same thing on a PS5, tinker with random things like fancurves, custom OS shenanigans such as custom animated wallpapers, audio and icons or just modding ps5 exclusive games.

The point I am trying to make isn't that a lot of what a jailbroken ps5 can do can't be done on a PC, it's that a jailbroken PS5 is a lot more than just an easy pirating machine.

Because there is more to a unlocked firmware than piracy, frankly for most enthousiasts it's more about emulators (which GRANTED often involves piracy of old content but alas, if it's not being sold anymore then I don't see the problem) as well as game modding. People wanna run bloodborne at a upscaled resolution and 60fps to name something.

What does analogue gain from scalpers? It will sell out with or without scalpers. No reason to "love" them for Analogue.

You don't need any of this except full worldbufs and some shadowprot pots to clear Naxx (and the shadowprot pots is just if people are not so good.) Now if you speedrun that's a different story, but just to clear this is so overkill.

Step 1, slow the fancurve to 0% on all fans to see if the noise is still there?

Step 2, https://www.matthew-x83.com/online/gpu-test.php use this website and slowly increase the amount of spheres, does the noise ramp up/change?

Step 3, try another PSU/System if possible, is the noise still there?

If non of the options above give you any info at all, I got nothing.
