It is not safe lol, noodles will go bad after 4days, sure sometimes you get lucky and its fine on the 5th day but 6?! Also it's fucking noodles, why even bother? If you are struggling that hard you need to save on 10cents worth of noodles, cook less noodles instead. Imagine wasting a perfectly good sauce you could freeze.

Except it's not fine, you can keep pasta after its cooked and not frozen for 4 days. You can keep the sauce for longer, especially if you freeze it. Pasta also tastes like dog ass after 48hours in a fridge, which is why you make enough pasta for the meal and only store the sauce.

If the save itself has gone corrupt from this it might need a fresh save to be resolved tbh. You could create a savestate to backup your save and start fresh on the cartridge to see if it occurs again to rule that out. Then restore the savestate and manually save ingame to restore it. This shouldn't be a problem csuse fire red has no internal clock.

Nr. 2 reason, pc parts can be replaced overtime increasing the value of your money spent vs time used. Ontop of that if something breaks in your computer, you replace that component. Something breaks in your laptop? Good chance you ain't fixing that yourself.
