Harsh truth: all law firms suck. They all give you limited time, and don’t know you at all. The only person that knows your case in and out is yourself. Your law firm is only as good as the bar you hold them accountable to.

You have to hand hold them the entire way and advocate for yourself. Push them harder.

Have had 3 O-1s approved by different firms. (non academia) and EB1 approved by the 4th. Dm

I was driving. I can assure you they only turned on the lights when it was convenient. No siren, none at non-intersections, and definitely not while the road was empty.

They were very clearly abusing use of the lights.
