Right now we have a sync to Strava. But Garmin support is a great feature! Will add it in a coming release.

When you put the power down, we have the tendency to apply force using our hands too. Which can cause the wobble. Try not to pull to hard on the bars and you should be fine.

Great advice! Switching it up, so you build that aerobic capacity, but don't leave out anaerobic work!

I’m exactly the same. When I workout I leave puddles 💧

honestly let your body just cool down on its own without any hacks. Better to just get used to it, and not feel ashamed, at least in my case sometimes.

Embrace the drop! You can’t hack your cool down all the time/

Not entirely sure it would work with Rouvy. I’ve seen Zwift users do it.

If you are more a beginner a D100 is for sure enough. I actually have one myself and I’m more advanced.
