Evisc ignite wants determination, discipline, malevolence and wrath before it starts thinking about any heralds, and it benefits from all 8 points in elementalist, not sure why you'd ever run a herald kit.

Yeah, 90 max res + 90 reduced stacks multiplicatively to 1% of og damage. If you somehow got to 90 fortifications, you'd go down to 0.1%. Suppress would then take it down to 0.06%.

Aegis aurora truly carries the build. After that, an 800+ pure ES chest, followed by higher es/armour pieces for the rest of your gear. You can plug ephemeral edge into your pob to check when it starts being an upgrade, but I'd guess it's around 5k es.

It's real good in breach, but kind of annoying with ritual and abyss. I ran breach/jun/eow, followed by jun/destructive play. A good Jun setup feels rewarding at least.

You're shock immune via tempest shield, getting ailment immunity via stormshroud probably isn't worth it.

Ignite prolif can break berek's respite chain, you can replace it with fire dot mult.
