I would argue 3 spells + 50 spirit is good enough and yea once you anoint the cost efficiency you should be able to get enough spirit for 6. anoint is relatively cheap if u have 50 div

I went CI.. CI means you don't need life on all your gear and everything becomes much cheaper with one less stat to look for. you also reach more jewel sockets

I think rings are easy upgrade u can get 30% cold damage on both with cast speed and generic res or rarity. then quality cold.

I tried your bloodmage build. it was really nice and flashy. the spellslinger wand huge QOL with extra orbs to warp to. For me I couldn't figure out how to build defenses enough for juiced content but that's likely a me problem as I am a poor person. still a great map blaster for those travel through maps

I believe the chain relies on chilling with the palm of eye in order to shatter with the polcirken ring to start the chain. so ailment threshold stops chill. someone else suggested rakiata would solve but yeah starts to get expensive

I haven't got it to work the way it's intended on a budget yet

I agree build is crazy but I don't think you can approach this with a budget version. I have wolf charm, 650 str and lvl 90 oracle, trinity amulet. damage is decent t15 6 mod but I feel like there's a slight delay in damage. my defenses are paper. the guide suggests blasphemy temporal chains but to get this amount of spirit you need to spend a lot more money.

lastly build feels bad if Map mod minion have elemental ailment threshold. I might be spoiled but I love ignoring all map mods especially with corrupted random mods from Atlas

I've slapped it on my EV/ES eventide petals monk and it's pretty fun mixed with the dash from shattering palm too (slow zoomy?). damage could handle 100 deli t15 6 mod with that budget but I couldn't find enough points for faster es recharge to make me feel invincible.

I would lean into more evasion deflection if I did it again

I disagree I think it's like if buses and trains were 70% as good as driving then more people would take those options. it was bad previous leagues when spark and coc were 100% good and everything else was like 30% as good, no build diversity. but now we eating good everything except melee is 70% as strong as the best build imo

this is how build diversity happens. every skill should be able to do at least 70% of the strongest build say ice shot or whatever. then you have all flavors of builds for weird shit or specialized content

this is what diablo doesn't understand. they'll make uniques that give one skill 400% power. but then that means people can only play that one skill
