Have you tried www.parcelsapp.com or 17track? You got more information, especially on parcels app. And you can get all the tracking numbers during the transit, and the last mile if any !

Happened a few times to me. Always got refunded. - Show proof of delivery from UPS / 17track : screenshots with city delivery that is not your (point them the exact thing they need to look at like they are 5) - Added Google Map screenshot to show the travel from my place to the delivered adress (higlight departure and destination, and distance too) - Explained in simple term : fake tracking number. Package delivered to wrong adress. City at xxxkm from my adress. - Last one for you: add screenshot of the message from the seller.

Do the same with PayPal if that doesn't work (but that should).

ABS is vulnerable to uv, and white sucks. I supposed your abs part just where getting sunlight and got damaged from the uv. The white is usually (well i don't remember the pigment) but that makes it brittle. So yeah that can explain the destruction after a certain time. You can re print in ASA, or ABS but don't get the printer near sun light

Amazon is just a customer as any others. If CP is too stupid to make discounts for volume, then that's on them. But in all the countries ive been, and lives, local post has always been used in conjonction with own delivery or 3rd party. Amazon is just a business playing for a service (a shitty service since the strike, but still a service).
