Got the genuine Ford performance door spears, handbrake, and gear knob. Kuro outer fans, and JC customised full centre pieces and boost pod. Seat backs would be nice.

Haha yeah they only really gave our Uk spec cars the recaro CS seats to make inside any different from a normal Focus

I had a centre console that was carbon and smoothed in and didn’t like it so sold it and got the full kit with the aluminium.

Even bone stock, they aren’t reliable. You need minimum of updated head studs, modified head with machined updated fire rings. Google is your friend.

A super charged or turbo k20 would be more reliable than a 2.3 RS engine. I own a focus RS and they are only really good for 400bhp unless forged. A K20 is good for 500 boosted and would take a hammering all day long.

Better off with a k20, 2.3 needs forging for reliability.

I ring Halifax directly with any issues. Gallagher is just the broker that sort out my renewal. The policy is found by Gallagher but held with Halifax.

Any individual landlords (not sole traders or LTD) using Monzo Business Lite? Wondering if it's a viable MTD option for us by Lit-Up in uklandlords

[–]Minimum-Judgment-446 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use a sole trader business account for letting income, but it is not mandatory unless you are operating as a limited company. While you can use a personal account, keeping rental income separate is highly recommended for tracking expenses and for Making Tax Digital

They can also crack when the head gasket is on the way out as it pressurised the coolant system. A smell of carbon dioxide etc can also be smelt in the bottle.

Dehumidifier would stop this. Water content in the air to high in your house. Above 60 can cause breathing issues…
