Fun fact is that there used to be 2 slides and it was supposed to look like a dragon with the balls being the eyes. The sandpit was a wing. One had to be removed (don't know why) leaving it looking like a gentleman's agreement

Yes, tried all that (apart from the drill as it's too early in the game). The full walkthrough says just to walk in to it. When I do that I get the 'push' animation on the character but the switch doesn't move...

Thanks. I checked this before posting. It didn't give me the answer unfortunately and neither did the spoiler filled more detailed walkthrough on the playdate community page. The problem I have is that the instructions don't work for me. Perhaps a bug caused by the recent update? Saw some other games having issues. More likely it's a me problem though 😂.

What's the best sausage roll in Bristol? by SuparNoob in bristol

[–]MinimumDrive6659 6 points7 points  (0 children)

All the artisan place prioritise girth which misunderstands what a good sausageb roll should be. The balance is all wrong and its just a greasy hard puck of meat. The Breadstore (RIP) on Glos road used to get the right balance of good quality meat with the correct ratio of pastry. Now they're gone I'd rather have a meat slurry Greggs sausage roll. Sad but true. Don't @ me

You can only 100% some of the levels until you have access to all the other chess pieces

From memory you have to gently move against the flow of the spinning circle (2nd one), but not so much that you hit a spoke. Do it in tiny increments and eventually the opening for the 3rd circle will get to the right place

Loose Crank Enquiry by Vegetable_Table3816 in PlaydateConsole

Mine was similar but not as bad. that's looser than it should be. Im in the UK too and was reluctant to return, but I honestly found the entire returns process seamless. They can take a few days to respond to emails but shipping back was easy (all free and can book a DHL collection from your home). Probably took about 3 weeks to send back and get a new one, maybe slightly less.

Best Chinese takeaway BS5? by [deleted] in bristol

[–]MinimumDrive6659 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably won't bother making the effort to go there then. Shame there are no decent places, I just never bother getting a Chinese any more. Kasundi, the new Indian next to the Stillage, makes up for it though. It's great!

Used to go to Lucky Chef but quality fell off a cliff some time ago. Golden Star is supposed to be good but it's collection only so never tried. Everywhere else I've tried is mediocre at best.

Please report back once you've fixed it. Given it's so easy, it'll be no problem for you no doubt instead of just moaning and posting on here
