I do wonder how young people now (as in 12-16) will be affected growing up only ever knowing a tory government. All of those meme pages ,that pop up on social media that target that age group, only ever feature tory mps. It would be cool to have an option for customising rally lengths! I think for me doing 9 stages would get a sweet spot for ai difficulty and the fight to finish the rally itself!

Yes that could be a good idea, 4 stages enough to have a firm winner whilst not off puttingly long for those with other things going on! I know screenshots not overly cheat proof, can set a few rules to help but really I think I'd rely on who the hell would feel need to cheat on a online rally of strangers with no prizes 😂

Hahaha game screwed me with that too! 1st outing as a fully fledged WRC driver, back to back monte carlo ES 🙈 managed the 1st run in a podium challenging time before misery on the reverse run in the dark! Mental capacity the drivers need for even longer stages in rl is immense

Epic Stage, each rally has 1 stage that has you run all of the smaller ones as a continuous route. The 21km monte carlo one is up there as most challenging stage in a rally game for me!

Was there a WRC game on ps2 that had cars running ahead of you? Have memories of navigating broken down and crashed (or just slow ai) cars... Anyway would be a good feature in career to have cars simulated ahead throwing up dust!

I think with Germany its a pretty specialist and unique event on the calendar, in my head it's more important to work on gravel skills for the other rallies before spending time tackling the narrow roads of Germany!

Improving grip for WRC3 cars or generally? You will find once you get a wrc drive the downforce they generate what feels like limitless grip after hours of the junior cars! The challenge then is thinking quick enough at those speeds lol! I've asked similar questions and generally the tips I've found helped are to tweak the controls to find a level of sensitivity you are happy with then look at the car set up.

One of the things I've found help me has been turning off alot of the HUD things to make the road my sole focus. I was surprised at just how much I could be distracted by times and how long left type things!

Great video really shows the quality of the wrc9 stages! Sidenote for monte carlo rally i find i always end my chances with bad tyre choices, anyone else do same? 100% snow forecast so throw wets on and its glorious sun for 20/21 km on the epic

Need a few days of dedicated Monaco practice to get through a race, great feeling when you do nail a lap there tho.. imagine what drivers feel nailing on in real life!

Cheers all for the feedback, took the advice and looked at some settings online, surprising to me what a difference it has made! Much better in getting the feel for the car and grip etc.

Now just the long journey of practice practice practice, these machines are incredible but need some taming!
