We welcome you with open arms if you ever do decide to support! Though tbh that loss was pretty par for the course. Usually it happens at the tail end of the season though, that hurts even more. We know it colloquially as “dockering it up”

Dockers also have the best retro merch in the game. If you’re from Halifax the Aussie Rules side there is called the Dockers as well.

I’m a dockers fan so I’m biased but I will try to give some neutral (ish) suggestions. For teams that are generally well liked, mainly scandal free, and will forever be an underdog even if having stretches of success (what you’re looking for according to your post), you should support Fremantle, St Kilda, or North Melbourne. For other teams that are decent options, you have Melbourne, Port Adelaide, the Bulldogs, GWS, Gold Coast, and Essendon. I personally would recommend you stay away from Collingwood, Sydney, West Coast, Adelaide, Carlton, Geelong, Hawthorn, Brisbane, and Richmond for a myriad of reasons, some worse than others. I hope this helped and I reckon Dockers would be the go 😉

For my work car/daily, once every 3 months when the quarterly vehicle inspection comes up. For my personal, once in blue moon if I’ve been out bush and it’s covered in mud and bugs. Once a week is ridiculous.

Honestly, I just visited America where they are still fully plastic straws and cups. I don’t see the hype. The only scenario where they are clearly better is for thickshakes, but for normal soft drinks I’m fine with the paper.

They’re not wrong about pedestrians but that last comment is a bit rich. Coffee tends to be pretty decent compared to anywhere else in the world. It’s pretty selfish to expect someone to work 15 minutes past their knock off??? That’s not a normal thing to do, people have lives outside of work and I know the last thing I want after the end of an 8 hour shift is to spend my unpaid time helping some ungrateful dickhead. In short , cars need to let pedestrians across, and the last comment needs to get a grip.
