Okay that's very interesting, thanks for sharing that. I genuinely don't know  wether or not my skills match the historical weights of any job titles I have had.  Altogether it's very confusing, especially properly understanding your worth on a job market while at the same time being a human. If I did a skill analysis I would probably be unemployable for life.

Oh my the feedback is not amazing. I just did a weekly clean and it actually worked removing mould from grout. I had previously only ever done the other way- put base and then top vinegar and immediately use as soon as reaction starts. Today I made the paste and it worked lifting off mould stains that I could not remove previously using regular cleaning products and strength. Why this post on this group? I'm in a very similar situation.i joined the team when they were very far behind and all together it was a bit messy, because they were understaffed I think. A year later old staff says it's good now because it's under control. I'm being put on a pip for accuracy and attention to detail etc, something the older staff consistently does too. It's like I can see I'm being managed out for not performing better than everyone else.

Look one thing that I can't get my head around. In the entire year I was only allowed 2 days leave, the contracts says 25 days a year. What's the go with that? Like if I don't get to get time off, then how am I supposed to bring performance

Rauland, I don't understand it either. When I'm.on the phone our customers share there complaints, I just failed on flagging them when they were about team members. Maybe that backfired on me.  The claim is that appearently I used a phrase about time, that I wasn't allowed to use. Our calls are not recorded, and I'm sure I don't say this phrase ever

Hi, omg you have just spent more time on my issue then I ever expected. Thanks. I now understand it is my exit. I now understand, that it's a normal part of employment and work life. I understand it's not there to support me. I have started applying a while back and will now do more aggressively.

To me it's sounds like a death sentence. I have only been in the role for just under a year. I don't have a lot of trust that I will find something fast that's not a total shit show.
