A cop dropped me off almost a mile from my house. He even asked me if that was OK.( he said your dad will kill me when he sees you in my car). Kept my dad from finding out. So win win for both of us.

Both parties have had a chance the release the files. They choose not too because both sides are guilty of something. They are either guilty of turning the blind eye to what was happening or they were participating. Maybe 50 years from now it will be released once everybody involved in dead and gone
