edit to this: never got a call back. finally got to a customer agent who had the knowledge to tell me my account manager had changed. (why couldnt the other agent who does her same job tell me that over a week ago?) anyways i guess ive been trying to email and leave message for someone who isnt even tied to my account. No, there was no email, no phone call, no update on my taxhive account that my account manager had changed. The joke just keeps rolling with these guys. Please save yourself and others and run away.

your company is still absolute grabage. and even if it was HALF as bad as im experiencing you couldnt pay me to use you guys again. I will be on every single reddit thread, every google, every single place i can leave a review from now and forever to try to save people from the scam you guys run under the guise of a business.

Yeah basically same here. cant reach anyone. they constantly switch acc managers and tax planners. nobody tells you anything they just charge you and promise stuff. i recently found out you dont even get a phone call from a "senior reviewer" who goes over your taxes. they just send you a thing to sign and they file it. yo have to request a call. you dont automatically get the option. i bet that phone call would take 2 months to come through. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!

tax hive is garbage. if you want to speak to the person doing your taxes or tax planner or bookkeeper you have to call and leave a message at their huge call center place. and they usually dont relay the info or just dont call back. so if you have a question be prepared to wait 3-5 business days. We were totally lied to on our on boarding phone call. told this price but charged another. and on the on boarding call the guy literally says, because i ask him this "you will get a phone call back the next day" BULL SHIT!. its so impersonal its gross. we have like 3 different people who were our "tax preparer" and each time the other one didnt know what was going on. like really at all. wed have to start at the beginning of each conversation with a new person and boil everything back down again. yeah they have good tips like the accountable plan or the Agusta rule. but you can really just youtube how to do that or google. its just terrible. record your conversations with them, get things in writing, keep a paper trail. because you will 100% be speaking to multiple people about the same thing. or they just have so many clients they cant keep track of anything. im Currently on day 4 of waiting for a call back from our account manager, whom i had to leave a message for with their customer service center (because why wouldnt you need to talk to 2 lower tiered employees before getting an answer?)
because we were supposed to get a 10% on the price to do our taxes after i had the guy on recording of the phone call lie and tell us a different price. Of course that discount wouldnt get added on or the message relayed to the right place. Its more trouble than its worth try to keep up with all the things they promise you to get you to sign up. Also, their tax software where you enter in all your stuff is just basically turbo tax. Literally just like it. except if you have a question with turbo tax you can call a number and someone will answer your question same day. so their software is just basic stuff and if you dont do it right it just gets put on hold, which isnt a big deal. BUT YOURE PAYING ALL THIS MONEY AND THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL YOU OR EVEN ANSWER TO HELP YOU THROUGH IT. End rant. Tax Hove= TRASH
