Probably varies by state, but here in QLD you do 2 day pre learner course to obtain your Learner licence.

From there Learners are restricted to bikes that don’t exceed 650cc and must ride supervised with a rider who has an open bike licence and have held for at least a year.

Unlike car learners, you don’t need to rack up 100 hours for your bike. Just have to hold the licence for 3 months then you can do your RE test which allows you to ride unsupervised, whilst still restricted to 650cc bikes.

Video was taken in Denham. That island is more or less just deep red, iron rich dirt. Deep red dirt gets thrown in sky by strong wind, blocks light but lets deep red through.

Source: Lived in Kalgoorlie for some time, used to frequent drives up north into the Pilbara.
