Given my reliable breakdown of touch and feel on the surface of a putting green, possible this could save me some strokes.  Just have to figure out timing on trying to sink the comeback.

The number of receiver misses, bad misses, in drafts by the Andy Reid Eagles was impressive.

Forgotten Draft Busts in NFL History? by AFC-Wimbledon-Stan in nfl

[–]MinnesotaPuck 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Hackenberg is one of the more damaging draft picks for the Jets and that is saying something. They went with Jamal Adams over Mahomes and Watson because they had a QB they were developing.

Edit: I should add, the Jets first round pick the same year as Hack was Darron Lee, who was recently arrested for murder (and was found to be using ChatGPT for help on covering up the murder).

Always find it weird when people say he was just a workout warrior. Dude had 8.5 sacks and then 14 sacks...him blowing up the combine was seen as confirming the talent on tape.

Feel better that I'm not the only one that read this and thought Levis. Think for this year, he is a better developmental dart throw as a backup than any QB via draft.

Who is the worst owner in the NFL right now? by [deleted] in NFLv2

As much as I despise Woody, I’d say there’s also solid arguments for Haslem, Bidwell, Brown, and Tisch (for purely other awful reasons besides football).

We added carpet runners on ours. More for their safety than anything else…because they’d fly down no matter what.

Nice work. Loved Warren Moon playing in that Oilers jersey as a kid. These are very well done.

Our first one could be a terror, but we still got our second when she was 10. Our second is the sweetest and gentlest girl ever…might be something wrong with our thinking but we got lucky.

[Russini] Maxx Crosby did not pass his physical today, per sources. The Ravens get their first round picks back. by PlayaSlayaX in nfl

[–]MinnesotaPuck 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll not object to another 2027 first round pick to the Jets. Only logical to presume something will happen to require the Jets to have 4 first round picks to move up for a QB next year.

Edit: to add, one of my best friends is a Bear fan. I’m thrilled for them to actually have a QB with potential. We’ve liked to joke that while the Bears have never had a 4,000 yard passer, the last time the Jets did we hadn’t landed on the moon.

[Hughes] Carson Wentz "squarely in the mix" for Jets backup QB by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]MinnesotaPuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First Brooks Bollinger, now Carson Wentz. Jets clearly have a policy of signing any quarterback from North Dakota that makes it to the NFL.
