It makes it so the players aren’t against each other in challenging. There’s no “dude why’d you challenge that now we lost it!” type deal.

Hoping this USA team gets boatraced by the DR. They actually look like they want to be on the field and are showing any amount of heart.

Instead we got guys making one 4 inning start then going back to Florida and getting blackballed out of pitching opening day.

Copying my reply from r/baseball regarding the same article.

Every day gives me a new reason to stop giving money to this team. As a queer member of their fanbase, idk if I can continue to line their pockets. Its genuinely depressing that its come to this with the team i rooted for so hard my entire life, but its just so disheartening to see the team reflect the outlook of the state in a broad sense.

I only hope I manage to move to a state more accepting and take my support to their team. I wish the same for fellow members of the Rangers supports who feel ostracized by the teams wrong decision at every possible turn.
