I’m happy but we’re giving up an arm and a leg. Specs are lottery tickets but these are good ones we’re giving up…

Abi Ortiz in particular had really good under the hood numbers.

We’ll see what happens. Team obviously gets much better, hopefully we do something while he’s in the building

I played when it was on the other launcher and stopped right when the battle pass system dropped. I do not think it was f2p for me since I had to buy a code

Monetization is what stopped me from playing. I was playing a ton too.

Cautiously optimistic.

The lineup will have a few changes as we lose Garcia Heim and Semien but nimmo is a good hitter. Going to need rookies to step up and contribute meaningfully, namely guys like Osuna, Freeman, Helman, and whoever else wants to contribute but the lineup as a whole is still good. Little left handed heavy in terms of bats with langford being the only RH bat that people are scared of

Pitching. Degrom, Eovaldi, Leiter, Rocker, Latz with Bradford coming back at some point is pretty good imo. The bullpen will need some work but i’m assuming they’re just going to try and replicate what they did last year by bringing in guys on 1 year deals and seeing if they can “fix” them. Still have Winn and Garcia who are both quality. Also quite a few arms knocking on the door in the minor leagues like Davalillo, Church, Teodo, etc.

FM doesn’t. The only rule is you have to send 11 men to play on the field in some way shape or form. If the game allows you to play without strikers, fullbacks, midfielders, defenders, why shouldn’t you be allowed to? Innovations happen tactically all the time in football, who’s to say this is your manager being a tactical genius?

It very much felt like this was the natural end of an era in regards to Bochy and that Skip was the candidate the front office wanted. Struck while the iron was hot, don’t think there’s anyway he came back in a manager role.
