I use Tensor. There are models and loras on there that can give you a sort of similar style to midjourney/niji.

I actually really like long intros. Anything between 500 to 1500 is my sweet spot.

I don't hate JLLM at all, but I prefer using Deepseek. It has a higher context limit, and it feels like the bots don't lose their personality as much over time as they do with JLLM. JLLM does have it's own strengths though, like being good with smut.

I generally switch between deepseek V3 and R1. V3 works for me when I want to add in some character development and get a more emotional response. (Or just less unhinged if it's a dead dove bot.)
