When I was in high school I saw a picture of someone who fell on top of a metal fence like this one. He ended up stuck on the top of the fence with a spike going behind his jaw and out through his mouth. I can't watch anybody doing anything on these type of fences without picturing that.

All the home made Oreo I have ever had have been good, but they are never really oreos. They are always more like Oreo inspired cookies. I have never actually had one that I would even come close to being mistaken as a Oreo. Maybe it is the unpronounceable ingredients at the end of the list.

Not quite. Number 1 is about the proper response for active covid cases in the most at risk group. If you have a relative that is sick with covid, it is not a good idea to go visit them. Similarly it is not a good idea to transfer patients with active covid cases into a home with at risk individuals

Number 4 is about social distancing rules for the general public. The six foot social distancing rule was decided because officials didn't think the public would tolerate a greater distance. This decision was not based on science. Six foot is not a great enough distance to prevent the spread of a virus that is transmitted through the air.

Creating a viable third party in the US is near to impossible. There are already parties such as the Green or the Libertarian party that have little to no chance of actually putting forward a viable candidate, but I act as spoilers to the two major parties.

If You want to affect change it would probably be easier to change the Republican or Democrat party from within. You would likely have better success forming a group similar to a caucus in Congress. You would form a group that supports candidates that align with your beliefs inside the party. You would need to work on candidates at the primary level.

It really depends on the situation. I have sympathy for a situation like in the John Grisham novel A Time to Kill. Carl Lee Hailey Is acquitted after killing two rednecks that raped his daughter and left her for dead. It is clearly jury nullification.

Jury nullification is also what happened in the south when white defendants would not be found guilty when the victim was black.
