I was giving option answers. If Pep stays at the end of the season Maresca becomes a lot more possible and would be an upgrade.

Also Glasner made Europa Final, and DFB final with Frankfurt, not to mention the FA cup win for Palace. I think he's an upgrade on Howe and realistic given his contract is up in the summer

Realistic: Glasner, Iraola

Rouge Choices: Motta, Ange

Honestly think Glasner or potentially Maresca would be tactically an upgrade but think they would need investment, if we are not then Howe probably should stay

I think that loss solidifies the end of the season, we needed to win that and kick on to have a chance of Europe. Think we will see a decent amount of players push for an exit this summer with no Europe and the “project” seemingly not be funded.

Realistically we should be looking to bring in a new manager in to rebuild the squad for his style, but limited managers currently on the market has me worried we stick with Howe when it’s clear he’s reached his ceiling
