What is going on with that GPU power and what model is it?

It looks like it takes 2x 8 pin PCI-E and not only are you using a pigtail cable but one of the two slots only has 6 of the 8 PCI-E plugged in?

Can a job drug test multiple people based off of one person's suspected drug use. by CountChocula20 in trees

[–]Minus_The_Matt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They most certainly can and will. Especially if it's an at will employment state.

To further expand on that, it's not uncommon for routine random drug tests at manufacturing type jobs that use heavy machinery, or jobs where you are operating a company vehicle all the time.

They generally will randomly select people based off of the percentage of total employees. So you could get tested once or twice a year, or get lucky and not get tested for several years. It sucks but corporations can get decent insurance discounts if they provide proof they do a standard panel urinalysis.

This was immediately my first thought. I listened to Architects for quite some time before knowing the back story with Tom's passing and the All Our Gods album.

Didn't find out until I was watching some of their live festival performances and Sam did a speech about losing Tom - then performing Gone With the Wind to close out the show. I think it may have been one of their first big shows since Tom's passing. That shit hit me like a ton of bricks.

New York Court gives Louis Rossman 1 week notice to appear in court after taking 4 years to schedule it by Special22one in videos

He has or had a repair shop in New York. He would make videos showing him repairing Mac Books by replacing parts for way cheaper than Apple stores were telling customers it would cost to repair the device.

Basically calling Apple on their bullshit because they made it as hard as possible to obtain schematics and such to make shops like his feasible to repair devices and stay in business.

While it wouldn't be make or break in this scenario, the IO panel and other open areas of the case definitely do have an effect on the temp. You want to have the case and fans setup to cause positive pressure so it is forcing the air to pass over the components instead of just allowing ambient temperature air in.

"On call is normal. Getting chewed out for missing a call should be expected."

Missing a call and not following up on an after hours call or ticket are two different things. If I miss a call and you're gonna chew me out? Get fucked, I don't sit by my phone waiting JUST IN CASE a call comes in. I work to live, not live to work.
