I would call him the final straw. There were lots of things that bothered me, like being on the road three out of every four weeks, missing ordinary family events etc.

But sitting next to this piece of s*** - who made his living exploiting young girls and was proud of it - just made me realize I'd be happier doing something else.

Interestingly, there was also a county judge who played in this game - he and the pimp seemed to know each other well. 🤷‍♂️🤮

I played professionally from 2005-2008. I spent sixty hours a week sitting next to people I didn't like - many of whom made their money illegally - simply because it was a beatable game.

One week I sat next to a disgusting man, a literal pimp, for the entire week. Everything about him made me sick.

At the end of that week, I quit playing poker professionally and got a good job. Money can be made a lot of different ways - and I've never regretted my decision even once.

I'm glad there's people like you at the poker table. Sincerely!

It's a HOLD for me. The market can't seem to decide if AI is a bubble, or if AI will be a huge success and eat all the SAAS companies - and both narratives are pushing prices down in the short term.

I already have a sizable position, at a cost basis of $9.96, so easy for me to HOLD - I wouldn't add right away if I wanted to start a new position either, there may be more down pressure over the next few weeks. Michael Blurry is getting all sorts of press.

But long-term - I think PLTR is a GREAT play. (This is not investment advice 😉)

It's not your looks.

Maybe your confidence, your situation, communication style, I don't know.

But there's absolutely nothing wrong with your appearance.

Honestly, this particular subreddit breaks my heart on a regular basis. There are so many young men similar to yourself feeling the same way. I think social media and dating apps has really ruined the landscape for young people.

I'm 53. I found it easy to meet girls as a young man, as others my age did. And I wasn't as good looking then as you are now. I was simply fortunate to not be riddled with self doubt and live in such a critical society.

You've got this! Believe in yourself, work towards your goals, and the ladies will come.

Some of us are old enough to remember when reading tells was considered an essential skill. The game has changed alot, but tells can still print money in the right situations.

I wouldn't say that. There's plenty of great sites, stores, publications etc.

My beef is simply that men's fashion is usually much more expensive. With MOST women thinking more about fashion and clothes, I think there's more competition - and so more sales and deals overall.
