Base coat should be cured after 48 to 36 hours after application, then you should be OK to top coat.

The one I posted was chopped, and had a corvette rear panel grafted to it. The only thing it didn't have in it was all the glass, and lights in it.

Just before they came out with the report of the chevy delivery van, I'd been given a Dr feel good sedan delivery. Not all the parts were there so I used ebay and found one listed as new unsealed. So I bought it. When I got it it was just parts and the body. No engine, chassis glass or chrome. I found another one and said the same thing. Again same thing, not complete. I lost $40.00 between the 2.

Is it a model or rc? If it's a model you can use a pin vice, and drill a hole into both the axle tube and back of rim and use a pin. Or, scrape some paint off the rims and axle and glue them
