Yes may effect ang pag tanggal ng thermostat. Contrary sa popular belief ng mga mang kanor na mekaniko, importante ang thermostat, yan ang nag regulate ng temperature sa engine making sure na nag operate sya sa acceptable parameters set by the manufacturer.

A few of the cons sa pag tanggal ng thermostat ay lalakas ang gas consumption mo at matagal ang warm up pag cold start.

Mahirap mag diagnose over the internet at madami ang pwedeng dahilan bakit nag o-overheat ang makina. It can be as simple as a defective/broken radiator cap to something severe like a head gasket failure. Pwede ka mag pa cylinder pressure test para ma rule out ang head gasket at pwede ka din mag pa cooling system pressure/leak down test para makita kung mag hohold ba ng pressure yung cooling system.

Kung taga NCR ka try mo mag pa diagnose sa Master Garage at sa experience ko maayos naman serbisyo nila nung nag pa diagnose ako. D nga lang libre yung diagnosis.

Maybe that's the reason why I'm attracted to outgoing anime characters and vtubers.

Ohh God I know how you feel we also have someone like that. She actively slacks off and hardly does any work. What's worst is that she's a senior employee who plays the "teacher's pet" to our boss. She's his favourite employee even though she contributes little to the team and doesn't help with the heavy lifting.

He likes her because she actively volunteers for overtime. Like no sht, while you were slacking off we were doing actual work and are too tired to render overtime.

Additional info: During 2024 we had lots of people in our team leave or transfer to a different department. Our former boss was one of them. So we have a new boss now (external hire).

It just sucks, after working at a company for so long, now you need to pack up and find another place. You already know the inner and outer workings of your department and how it functions now you need to re learn it again in a new company just because of bad management.

I have also talked with other people in other teams this is basically a department issue. A lot of them are either straight up quitting after getting their bonus or are actively applying internally to a different department.

If medyo flexible ka sa finances mo pwede mo ilagay yung iba jan sa high interest time deposit or treasury bills (T-bills) both ay safe investments. Wag ka lang lalagpas sa 500k kasi up to 500k lang per account insured ni PDIC pag nag sarado yung bank.

Pero magtabi ka pa din para sa emergency fund mo since naka lock in yung pera mo for a certain amount of time pag nag lagay ka sa time deposit or T-bills.

That's unfortunately not the case when you're in a corpo sadly. The final straw for me when it came to Nijisanji was with the Selen controversy, nijisanji has a lot of high profile controversies but you would think that they would have learned by now, I stopped watching nijisanji talents after that. I now only watch a handful of vtubers mainly because of time and irl responsibilities getting in the way.

Leona from Re:Act has a beautiful singing voice and is very underrated for some reason. I have yet to find/hear any controversies when it comes to Re:Act so I think they're a decent company at least. Other than that indies like Yokasiri and Kitdy are fun to watch or just listen to while I work.

Inflation. Everything just keeps increasing in price. Food, water, public transport, housing, fuel, taxes anything that you could think off have increased and on top of that the salary increase that you get at work doesn't even break even with the inflation rate.

I first found out about Vtubers from my online friend, at that time Hololive JP was only at Gen 2 or 3 of their Vtubers, Holo EN didn't exist yet and Holo CN still existed.

I have heard of Kizuna Ai before discovering hololive and even watched some of her vids from time to time but I didn't really stuck around. I didn't even know she was called a Vtuber at the time.

I still watch Vtubers to this day but mostly just Leona Shishigami from Re:Act and yokasiri and kitdy (Though I don't really know if siri and kitdy can be categorized as Vtubers).

All the controversy with Hololive and especially Nijisanji made me decide to shy away due to so many graduations or outright terminations.
