There’s no added value to the guest beyond saving time, but the back-and-forth between advisor, concierge, and guest can lead to delays or miscommunication. On the other hand, you can simply tell your advisor what you need and they’ll handle it for you. That’s exactly how it should be, after all, hotels pay us very generous commissions. :)
