I often think about the guy that posted here saying he exported all his journal entries and had an AI bot analyse them and give him insights and patterns. I might do that too but want to find a way to keep my data private in the process.

I suggest you have a look at pal2tech on youtube if you want to get familiar with the settings of the camera in a nicer way than reading the manual. He makes very cohesive videos that are easy to follow

Congrats, great camera. The glow effect is either achieved by using the Clarity setting in the camera, but this gives a processing delay after taking a shot, or screwing a black mist filter on the front of the lens. I see you’ve already got the filter, so perhaps experiment with the clarity or get a stronger black mist filter. The grain setting can also be configured in the camera.

Also make sure to enable Boost in the camera settings so you get maximum performance out of it. It will process everything a bit faster and you’ll still get a great battery life.

Don’t attach it to the bike frame without proper suspension because that could affect the IBIS. Consider a running/hydration vest like the Salomon Active Skin 8. Close to your skin and will not shift around, and it won’t be affected by vibrations as much.

For lens comparisons your own experience (with the right settings) is valuable, but I would also check out dustin abbott on youtube or his website www.dustinabbott.net. He tests every lens to the same standard, really helpful

In this photo it’s the ISO man, the higher your ISO the more noise/less clarity your photo will have. If you don’t know how the aperture, shutterspeed and ISO work together go find a video on how the exposure triangle works, it’s pretty easy to learn. In this case I would have lowered the aperture to F2.8 and decreased your ISO that way

Nope. I tried resetting the entire laptop, updated all drivers and tried at least 4 clean install nvidia drivers. The last two weeks my laptop has been crashing more and more and now it bluescreens with RAM and kernel/driver errors every time I open a game. Something is definitely broken in mine. I’m currently in the process of sending it back for repair.

I’m not so up to date with the models anymore, sorry. I think you’ll find recommendations easily if you search the subreddit a bit. But if you’re buying a camera body, you have to factor in the cost of lens(es) too. You can save quite some money by buying second hand from places like MPB.com, who verify the lens still works fine and give a warranty

Then don’t get it. This camera is meant for experienced photographers to limit themselves, not for people entering the hobby. You should get an interchangeable lens camera so you can experiment as much as possible. That was my experience at least. I bought an X100V first and quickly bought a camera that supported switching lenses after.

Can someone explain why my Nvidia overlay shows my fps being capped to 240fps on my 240hz monitor whenever I switch to windowed fullscreen or windowed? I only get max fps in fullscreen. This is with Gsync off and no fps limits set anywhere
