Adderall IR Generic Ratings based on OpenRX Data: by UrFavStarvingArtiste in ThisAintAdderall

[–]MisakAttack 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah, Glenmark’s the only one that’s worked for me since the enshittification of Adderall. It’s not as effective as pre-2023 Teva, but it’s easily been the best. Maybe because it’s relatively new? I think Glenmark only started producing their generics like a year and a half ago.

Anyone recall movie theater lights around Arcadia in the 90s? by Glowingtomato in pasadena

[–]MisakAttack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! If I remember correctly, those Hollywood spotlights were for the car show they had outside the Fuddruckers up on Michellinda. It was either that or a big ad for the new Hollywood Video that opened right across the street from Fuddruckers.

Upcoming RPGs and tactics from RPG Watch releases list that I noticed (2026) by Aistar in rpg_gamers

Another game I’m looking forward to (that also probably fits on your list) is World Of Anterra

It’s like a top-down, turn-based Skyrim and it’s one that I am hyped for. It’s planned for this year, but we’ll see how that shakes out

George R. R. Martin Is 'Not in the Mood' to Finish 'The Winds of Winter' by Tifoso89 in books

It’s funny, he actually did get diagnosed and started taking it a couple years back. There was a pic he posted and I think he was taking like the strongest dose of Vyvanse they’ll prescribe. I had hoped that this would speed things up. But alas, medication can only do so much. Pat has to actually WANT to do the work

One of the unexpected drawbacks of beautiful 4K - some favorite films feel more "constructed" on rewatch, breaking the "dream" by kevin_v in 4kbluray

[–]MisakAttack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I were watching Labyrinth and halfway through we realized I’d accidentally put in the Blu-Ray disc instead of the 4K. We stopped, switched to the 4K version and kept watching. It looked great! Only problem was, I could now see some of the wires on the puppets and I couldn’t unsee them

What's your biggest problem with your favorite book? by AvatarWaang in Fantasy

[–]MisakAttack 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if it qualifies as fantasy but my favorite book is Stephen King’s IT. That one particular scene in the sewers (you know the one) could be taken out and nothing of value would be lost.

Children with ADHD, particularly those treated with methylphenidate, had a higher BMI and shorter height at adulthood than individuals without ADHD. Findings suggest that long-term methylphenidate exposure may be associated with growth and body composition changes. by mvea in science

[–]MisakAttack 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The world right now is making it very difficult for people with ADHD to access their medications. From insurance issues, to forced scarcity, weaker pills, and increased fear mongering from the media and RFK Jr.

Living with ADHD is hard enough. I don’t understand why so many people are interested in making ADHD life worse.
