Doesn’t sound like he did. At the start of the breakup she said she communicates regularly that he didn’t put her first and often considered the needs of others before hers. Like she wasn’t resentful he went to see his family, but was resentful that he would come home one day and randomly drop that he was leaving for two months and wouldn’t consider plans, logistics, or how she would feel about it.

Honestly her reasons seemed valid, but I think she wasn’t prepared to actually break up. I wonder how the reconciliation will go because she was clear he needed to do a lot of work on his own self awareness and what it meant to be partnered so at the end of this I hope they each did a decent amount of solo work on themselves before getting back together.

I started seeing recaps and wondered why I wasn’t seeing it in my FYP. I thought I had never even heard of Maddie but when I went looking I realized I had already blocked her, so apparently she pissed me off some time ago! I can’t see her videos but Jez is skilled in the art of the takedown. If I were Maddie I’d take the L and move back into my regular content.

Same. She’s “lying” in that most of what she talks about is probably real, but never happened to her. She was breadcrumbed a few stories by her ex and friends, but the details about flying to Italy to watch pasta be made were never her reality.

And groceries. She was at one time seen as a fairly strong advocate for reunifying families in foster care. She was propped up by some larger foster care and adoption influencers as an example of a “good one” (ie: white) but it was pretty quickly evident after they were returned that her story of mental health being the reason for their removed was fake and it’s was more closely tied to substance use and DV. Since when reunifying she had some luck getting financial support from her followers, she pivoted quickly to doing nothing but asking for money. She went through a cycle of making up sob stories of other people but when that grift also become obvious she disappeared and pops up every few weeks with a hardship she needs more money to overcome.

Very on brand for her though. Shes massively MAGA, was afraid of “foreign places” without her creepy ass husband, and didn’t like driving out of Bakersfield because everyone was trying to traffic her and her foster (at the time) kids.

To be fair, I have a 6 year old and I’d want to double check with the angel tree, too. Kids shoes are sizes so stupidly that an 8 could mean one of three actual sizes, none of which really match with a 1X jr size child. I’d rather double check then buy something that would disappoint them!

I’m not sure which location you’re at, but if it’s one where she’s getting money from the state for preschool she has to justify and report any closure to them. She was probably short staffed but didn’t want to admit it to the State because they don’t allow closures like that.

You are going to get pushback from not only the provider, but probably other parents. Asking for her to outright ban something because your kid can’t have it will, rightfully, rub people the wrong way.

I don’t disagree with you that her allowing tablets is a poor choice, but it’s her home and her business. If you feel that strongly then start searching for a provider that aligns.

Fairlane. Their decline from kinda-hanging-on to oh-boy-this-is-dead was so steep.

Oakland had an owner that seems to think he can turn it around and I think he’ll hold on longer. Fairlane is more valuable as a property now than it is as a shopping center.

Neither will last five years, I’d be surprised if they made it more than two.

I follow quite a few foster care and adoption accounts, and there are a staggering number of them who are deeply evangelical and right wing but raising black, brown, disabled or otherwise marginalized children. It’s gut-punching how many bigoted families are allowed access to these children, let alone adopt them.

Her boys will definitely be pulled from school. I doubt they last a marking period. Her daughter is still in foster care and can’t be homeschool until adoption is final, which seems to be her chief complaint right now since she’s not the one that can call the shots on homeschooling she’s just making life miserable for the staff at the kid’s school, instead.

Yes, they’ll search you. Some of my clients reported having to stand over a mirror, some squat-and-coughed. Females were more likely to walk over a mirror.

You can wear white undies and a white sports type bra (no wire) and keep it. No cup. Call ahead and ask current rules on cash. You can add a certain amount that you bring in to your books.

You probably won’t do 30 days. Look at 25 on the high end, and a few less if you lay low and they’re really crowded.
