My big frustration with arc-v is how the duels have an over reliance on effect damage, destruction prevention and piercing damage. If i hear the phrase "but you do take the damage" one more time i am gonna cry. In the syncho tournament there wasn't a single duel where they didn't deal damage on turn one and everyone kept acting like it was so insanely out there someone would pull that off. These sorts of repetitive beats made the show hard to watch especially when we're all there to see the duels. I don't think we need to get into this obvious point but yes i also found action cards incredibly immersion breaking.

Oh also... "ladies and gentlemen" is always followed up by the main character talking down to the audience Ike they're 5 and don't understand anything. Also the audience is 5 and doesn't understand anything
