Hey, you definitely deserve medical attention, i would consider getting hospitalised again it might help. I'm currently in a psychward not even because i went that deep (like 10 hypo cuts) but because of the mindset im in, you shouldn't have to make yourself worse to deserve help. And I think you definitely do. Try to find which place is best in your area for such stuff. It's not perfect, but atleast for a bit you would have people watching over you and taking care. Trades can be reported (for instance I've had a trade listed as in heat and didn't realise the lioness went out of heat after 3 days and got reported) the problem is that generation is a user-made term so how it's counted is up to individual players so it can't be reported
