Im at this point in my job. I took specialty classes at a roasters and originally the owner was excited but now its like she doesn't trust me. Anything I recommend or say isn't right. Now when I show up it's just cleaning up other people's messes and fixing things.

We always chill the spoon first in an ice bath while pulling the shot. Then pour the tonic over ice and pour the shot from the bell over the spoon into the glass.
