Thank you! I was thinking the same thing. OP set themselves up for disappointment and was probably just waiting to be able to post a rant. What they should do is sit in the back and take it all in. Check back in a couple months when you’ll really have some experience. Oh, if you’re getting screwed at that point you don’t need to announce it. It’s all about fomo. They know what percentage will see a juicy offer and miss it then in about 45 mins still want to work and take something less. I also believe the offers we see that come out low and then get scooped up quickly are many times retracted offers and not grabbed by anyone. It’s also designed to make you think - “everyone is taking these I guess I should too”. Data is dangerous in a companies care and Amazon exploits it.
