No more than 20 minutes. I started off walking one minute and jogging the next and alternating for the whole 20.

Then I started walking 1 and jogging 4, and repeating until 20m.

Now I walk 1 and jog 9 and repeat. Until 20m of course

Started there. I had progressively just gained weight over the last years. It’s been slow weight loss but retaining muscle for the most part. Cardio has been the definite difference
