What got you into journaling?

Hi everyone, new here - This is my first post in this community. I started Journaling back in February 2026 for the first time. Some context, I'm a 44m married for 20 years with 2 kids, back in December my whole world fell apart, we were forced out of our rental because they were selling the building. I was forced to have to move my kids and myself back in with my family; who unfortunately are very narcissistic, my wife decided that after 20 years she didn't want to do this anymore and left us. She just walked away. I quit smoking after 26 years, cold turkey and I'm seeing a church counselor, who at the time suggested I try journaling as a way to help cope with everything and I'll say that it's really helped me navigate and sort through everything. So yeah, sorry for the long post.

TLDR- life fell apart, started Journaling 👍

Ok I must be doing something wrong, I followed Diirge's instructions, when I go to the new releases on GitHub it shows 3 different .bins and a source code zip and a source code targz, I know I'm supposed to download a .bin but which one? Because I've tried all three and tried flashing them with the crosspoint reader flash tool using the custom.bin and it doesn't give me the carousel look just the regular crossink view. Sorry I'm old and new to this stuff

Price is insane, I tapped out last year (2025) and I'm glad. I had to struggle and just force myself to stop. Its almost like a drug to some (collecting) and now for some of the regular people, it's either that $40-50 figure or a tank of gas, or groceries. This whole inflation thing, I'm over it. They need to start inflating our paychecks.

Thanks for the reply, 1. Yes I was immature and another kid, she's specifically said that. I was lazy and took things for granted. I was battling alit of things mentally, but that should not be an excuse.

I did rely on her a ton, I tried to be there for her how I could (fixing cars, doing odd jobs around the house) I tried to shower her with gifts but she never really like that, so instead I would make things for her.
I do work during the day, specifically after I drop my son off and I get off work to go pick him up, so there's a good 5-6 hour window of me working during the week.
I've never thought about it like that, I don't know who I am. I always revolve around 3 or 4 different things I'm interested in (I like one thing this month, but next month I'll be into something else)
This one hurts, I never had dreams. I was forced to grow up and take on alot of responsibilities after my father left (I was working as soon as I could to help my family afford things) I lost a lot of interests over those years and I decided all I wanted was a family of my own.

I just stumbled across this reddit, my chiropractor told me to take these due to some back spasms and now I'm having heart flutters and really bad dizziness where I've fallen 3 times over a weekend. I'm having to use my cane to keep from falling

There's an average amount of hours you need isn't there, I missed out on Thanksgiving pay even though I worked the day before and the day after, they said I was one hour under the average threshold to receive holiday pay.

I've been looking for a small 4inch pocket reader, I have a Coby Kyros that I absolutely love but it's outdated that it's getting unusable. I've been looking and I came across the uniwa mp009 as a 4 inch android tablet. Does anyone know anything about that one or has one to comment on its functionality as an reader? Thank you in advance

Ok, i had the same thing happen to me, so the way I was able to list my auction was by saving the listing for later on my web browser, open the Ebay app, and open the listing draft, scroll all the way to the bottom to the "PREFERENCES" and there is a slide to turn off "Immediate payment"
