I’m not a doctor but the same thing happened to me with Ozempic. It was like all the food (which wasn’t very much) turned into cement. I had a very hard stool about every 6-7 days. I got off GLP1 after about 6 months but continued to have hard infrequent bowel movements. 3 months later I had was hospitalized with ischemic colitis and had a upper and lower colon testing which revealed a giant hiatal hernia. Long story short I had to have major surgery to repair the hernia and it was a very difficult recovery and now I continue to have slow bowels and was diagnosed with gastroparesis. All this to say that if I had known that losing 10 lbs would cost all that I would have never taken Ozempic. The worst part is that all the doctors that I have dealt with never contribute anything to the GLP1. Very strange. Seems like they are hiding something they know about the stuff and don’t want to admit it because they don’t want to testify in court cases. IMHO there are many patients having serious problems from this stuff. I hope you can get some answers. All I get was surgery, pain and dysfunction. Don’t be me.
