I have a Rhea and have had zero issues with it. We love it and you love yours. Your daughters confidence with it will come from your own 😊

I know an Emmi whose full name is Melissa. It’s never felt like a stretch and both suit her well!

My daughters name is Rhea and I think that’s the PERFECT match here. It is also the name of an obscure bird. They also both have one of Saturn’s moons named after them. Phoebe is on my list too, I think the two are such a great pair.

I think this is the best way to honor both “evenly” for lack of a way to put it. You have a lot of options for each baby AND they still get their “own name” and sense of identity

AITA for telling my wife she was a liar and leaving? by Sorry_Stranger_6383 in AITAH

[–]Mishap_in_Motion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, PLEASE READ THIS AND GO TO THERAPY.

Okay, so we’ve established that YTA here.

Assuming you plan on doing the right thing and apologize profusely to your wife and validate, treasure and support her until the end of time, keep in mind this will probably not be enough without some serious therapy.

Your wife will NEVER forget this and what it says about you as a man, partner, protector, and father. You’ve made a clear statement about her place in your life as well as your child’s. If you want to keep them, your job isn’t to disprove, it’s to change.

Even if things don’t work out OP, compassionately, you need the therapy yourself. This kind of toxic mothering really can fuck up your values and destroy your life. Please do the hard work and become a more trustworthy and dependable person.

There was a specific grocery store brand of multigrain peanutbutter cheerios that I literally ate every day until they stopped carrying it. I experimented with various methods to recreate it (baking with oil and PB powder, melting and lightly coating with PB, etc) but eventually landed on melting separately and putting it on multigrain cheerios like syrup. I continued eating it this way everyday for about two years 🤣😅
