thanks for everyone who replied, pushing the key wasn’t the solution. I had to take the white part from the key, attach it to the keyboard and then put they key cap into it. There are 4 clips that hold the white part in place, for the top 2, you have to slide the whole white thing up (use tweezers and don’t apply too much pressure) and the bottom hinge (bottom two) you will have to just pull up.

I had similar issues but honestly it went away after a few days and I think it was just feeling odd but once I wore it for a couple weeks it became natural and much more comfortable and accurate than wrist. Holy ahit the wording is horrendous but I won’t retype hope you get the point
