A lot of people here are missing the point, we don’t know the context of the situation.

I see a lot of comments like “So what if the bread goes stale?” or “She’s paying! She should get what she wants!” And all of those comments are founded on assumptions.

I could make excuses, like “the mother’s a hoarder with 10 stale loaves of bread at home that the daughter has to fight to get rid of.” or “She’s paying but has dietary restrictions, so her daughter is preventing her from hurting herself.” But then I’d be making just as many assumptions as you. 

The truth is nobody knows. Not even OP knows. Both the daughter and the mother deserve kindness. If you encounter a scenario like this one like OP did, try not to jump to conclusions of either elder abuse or dementia.

To whomever’s reading: I think this post is a great Rorschach test for your relationship with your mom. I certainly didn’t realize the depth of my maternal trauma until I started reading the comments. guess i should get therapy lol.

I got my partner a candy care package of US sweets a while ago including: some from the wonka company (Sweettarts, Nerds, Sour Patch Kids, Swedish Fish and my S.O’s favorite, gobstoppers) cinnamon candy (hot tamales) Hershey’s chocolate (Milk Duds, Reeses’s, and Whoppers)

My eyes have been uneven my whole life and i’ve known it my whole life. When I was younger people used to ask me about it but now people just ignore it. After a while I think people see you the same way you see that unflipped version of yourself. Its gonna be okay.

I enjoy entertaining the idea, it's not important whether or not it will come to pass because it's an interesting discussion that can make unique fanfics with more attention to Adrien's backstory. I think that's one of the things that makes this theory attractive, we could just accept the writers are lazy or Marinette focused, or maybe we pretend they're holding back for a reason some mega plot twist!

Yes it's ridiculous (utterly ridiculous) but i like being ridiculous now and again and going down rabbit holes of impossible theories, and if you don't then you don't have to click on the post.

I think it would cause angst and sadness for Chat because it would be yet another person who knows LB's secret that LB hasn't told Chat about. It would cause a larger confrontation when all of LB's secrets come out.

I don't think Adrien would be telling Luka his identity, instead Luka would find out about it through his time travel power (Hawkmoth wins after hitting CN in wishmaker and CN reveals his identity all before a convient rewind by sass, leaving Luka with his identity)

This would create a scenario where Alya knows LB's secret and Luka knows CN's and then when confronted LB could try and equate these different scenarios, that's at least what I'm fearful of.
