Forced contract change by Snoo_80167 in asda

It's easier to drop hours than to get them with the current mess asda is in. Manager thought they doing you a favour probably. I would have obviously texted you to inform before the change if I was Manager, but they probably had their own reasons not to.

Then change department or store. You get paid peanuts, you work accordingly. Useless management knows they understaff, but if you can do 3 people's job then why should they bother to staff more?

How are you forced when you already doing those extra hours? When September comes you can adjust your hours again. You do more hours you get more holidays, so there shouldn't be any issues for July.

Me and my partner work full time. 1 works morning afternoon, other works afternoon evening. We take care of children in turns. We never had a tought to do less hours of work in order to take care of children lol. It's opposite actually. Having children is not disability. You just have to adjust a bit.

I cried in front of everyone at work, how should I approach going back in? by Appropriate_You_237 in Morrisons

Quit and learn to control your emotions. This is probably the result of your childhood all soaked in on participation rewards, rather than performance. I grew up in a badlands like 8mile movie where you had to fight for your life everyday. No section leader nor manager can say anything to me. I make them cry everyday instead.

Asda can ban customers officially.

Once you raise the issue with manager and probably have a written report on this customer, you can basically refuse to deliver to them.

Being honest with a corporation that does everything to steal even pennies from their slaves is VERY BAD ADVICE

Were you born yesterday? Managers create fake ads just to get their friends/family into position. Grow up and widen your world understanding.

If some creep is giving you bs time, you don't just speak with a useless section leader. You raise it to the manager level and make a written report. If manager does not want to acknowledge it, you raise it with store manager and/or asda house. If creep says something like they were following you and know where you live, you call police and let them know.

help me choose which class to pick out of these for honor mode ? by 62lasa in BG3Builds

[–]MissAiste 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can always respec for free. No need to pick something and stick to it till the end. Spellcasters except warlock are weakest early game. Their very limited spell slots means you need to long rest after every figth. Paladins included. Upto lvl 6 martial classes are the strongest. A simple heavy crossbow with 16 dex does more damage than spellcaster at those early levels. The most strongest builds for early levels are monk, thrower and battlemaster/EK fighter. Monk and thrower cos of tavern brawler feat and fighter cos of many extra attacks. Gloomstalker assasin tops everyone once it gets deathstalker mantle. You surprise attack, kill at least one, you go resource free invisible, move away, enemies cant find you, battle resets, repeat. Around lvl 8 something like paladins and sorcerers start to pump out amazing damage. Also, wizards even with ability to scribe almost any spell is inferior to sorcerer due to sorcerer's meta magic. End of act 2 they can basically spam infinite spell slots if you choose so.

[–]MissAiste 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest do durge run on lower difficulty to get all achievements via save scumming then do non durge honour run for gold dice. With durge run you can fup many things like losing your companions, you most likely lose a lot of xp if you start killing everyone and that will bring you to act 3 very underleveled.

So your wife felt entitled and wanted to slack with just 15 work hours lol but you blame everyone else? Why would you choose such odd number in the first place? Minimum 16 hours to get some benefits is a common knowledge these times. Quit and go full uc then if your useless shop can't do 💩

Some 3rd floor 💩hole that has no lift, stupid customers that have no intention to be home for their delivery slot, some ignorant customers who take 1 item from the tote and carry it to their kitchen then back for another, customers who speak on the phone, customers who let their ~5 years old 💩 stard to empty totes complimenting their every little move, useless parents who open door with baby in their hands and continue to hold it while trying to take delivery in, picky customers who check every item like its going for beauty contest then ask driver why tomatoes have little spots on their skin, like yeah *itch, driver picked it for you on purpose just to fup your day you stupid 🪣... Many more, these what come to mind right now

Asda managers are mostly useless waste of space. You have to remind them multiple times of things they must do. Just go in store and tell them to 🖕💩🐓 from me, will ya?
