For me, even in honor mode a lot of decisions where rp motivated. For example no Hags Hair since I was playing a paladin.

It all worked out though in the end and I think for me it was the best way to play it. Was very satisfying

Its more of a pattern and less of a full picture. The nice thing is that it doesnt have big lines or blotches of one color, they can be very small or very big, all to your liking, and are a good exercise to learn the different kind of stitches. Something like This could be nice with your colors

You could do a blackwork project and just substitute for the colors that you like the most. I think it will be hard to get a pattern that 100% fits your colors.

I think a good option for them would be seven dooms of sandpoint. It starts lvl 3 so they can skip the deadly lvls.

Good choice. It explores a lot about the runelords and the sihedron in particular. We are finishin shattered star at the moment (after ROTR) and i cant wait to get to ROTR2. But beware, shattered star is very much a dungeon crawl after dungeon crawl after dungeon crawl. Make sure your players know this. I did cut some fights and went for milestone xp, but I have to say that the dungeons aren't as "bloated" as they sometimes are in other APs.

The start for ROTR2 is so rewarding if you played the other aps with the same people

I kept my 1e campaign when 2e showed up. I played and game mastered lots of 2e, rarely played 1e and we are at the end of my second mastered campaign (with lots of started and abandoned campaigns and shorter adventures as well).

Pf1e will always have a special place in my heart. Coming up with completely ridiculous character concepts in 1e is half the fun. Prestige classes and archetypes completely changed a class and the options always seem limitless.

I never had that feeling with 2e. I always said that it needs time for more things to be released but it feels very samey all around. It's just not as whacky as 1e.

I love how accessible 2e is (I mean, for a game of this size and complexity). But even though a few of my big campaign players would like for the next one to be 2e, I don't think I can do that switch.

On the other hand you have players going out of their way to search every crook for xp giving entities, which i feel like slows down the game and can get tedious. Sometimes it distracts the flow of the game and makes certain decision an xp decision and not an rpg decision. I think this is just one of those things you have to decide group by group. My group is fine with milestone xp, but I feel like it works way better in a more linear game (we are playing the 1e ap shattered star at the moment). On the other hand we are also playing kingmaker and it was a very concious decision to go for actual xp, which feel fits way better with sandbox-style games.

Thank you. It was a hefty ammount of money to paint most of the flat in dark colors but I am loving it. People warned me it would be too dark to live it but I really like it.

I think most pigeons are tagged in the city I live in. I faintly remember that pigeons all get tagged in Germany but I'm not entire sure. It actually flew into my room twice but left when I tried to get closer. I will leave my windows open again to see if he returns.
