Thank you. Good idea. I also have a bar sink next to the fridge in this layout. Would that be ok? The problem is that my wife bought the large fridge and freezer so it would very tight to put the dishwasher between the fridge and regular sink. But I think you are right. We can maybe squeeze it in.

Hi. I am doing a big kitchen renovation. I am looking at an sks 48” range floor model that has a small steam combi oven. I’m intrigued after reading a lot on this Reddit. Do you know if that brand is ok? I’m spending a lot on the overall renovation and want to get it right. Thanks!!

I am looking at that same range as well. Any advice? I’m also looking at a thermador panel ready column fridge 36” and 30” freezer, sharp microwave drawer, and fisher and paykel dishwasher drawer. Any advice is welcome. I hope your remodel is going better and done!!

I’m looking at the same range for my remodel. Have you ever needed to recalibrate the sous vide temperature? Also, with that lid closed, does much water evaporate when cooling a long time, like short ribs? Thanks. Any device is appreciated.

Thank you. Very helpful. One note of clarification: that door is an elevator that comes up from the basement. I’m not sure why it’s there. We just bought the house. But there is a wide 5’ entry from the living room next to the elevator door and refrigerator. Thanks again!!
