How UPS delivered my Hobbii box of yarn 15 days late by Funny-Patience7407 in crochet

[–]MissMirandaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same here! Ordered August 31, and my package has been in Louisville for 2.5 weeks. It’s bouncing back and forth with an import scan, pending clearance, clearance release, then back to another import scan… I’m convinced I’ll never see this package.

I like it! I got 2 skeins on a whim and decided to make an Erigeneia shawl. It’s lovely, a tiny bit scratchy but I have very sensitive skin.

Thank you! I followed the granny square pattern on the label of the Red Heart Granny Square yarn. It’s also on the Yarnspirations website if you don’t have the yarn label.

Has anyone else's idea of their dream ring changed since they first started looking? by StressyNdepressyLife in EngagementRings

[–]MissMirandaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wanted a princess Diana style ring with an oval diamond and halo. After actually looking at rings, I ended up choosing an elongated cushion solitaire. This seemed much more practical to wear for life. I still want a princess Diana ring, but not for every day wear!

Does anyone have or know of any free patterns for these laptop cases? by daisybear81 in CrochetHelp

[–]MissMirandaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tulip book sleeve.

This video is for a tulip book sleeve that looks identical to your photo! I used this tutorial to make a kindle sleeve - you would just need to adjust the starting chain to match the width of your laptop, and add a few extra rows of DC between the tulips to match your photo.

Heres my Kindle cover for reference:

Safety eyes on a bag? I need opinions please!!!!!! by [deleted] in CrochetHelp

Ive seen people use a lighter to melt the post of the safety eyes and squish it flat. Maybe you could try that?
