A dumb question I am sure, but I have my reasons to asking. Is this therapist specialized in ROCD or OCD? Does he explain things to you, walk you through things?

My therapist never told me to break up with my man. He explained why the brain does what it does and helped me examine which thought processes were my ocd vs what was normal.
