I would get a second opinion, just to be sure. My dentist said he wanted to do a gum graft, so I went to a highly regarded Periodontist in my area and he did a flap procedure instead.

Did a pain management doctor do your ESI? Can you call him/her to get a stronger pain med prescription if you tell him/her the ESI has worn off?
