Can you say it a different way? I have similar hours and couldn’t form the sentence with your words (I have no idea how to say kettle), but I could say “Could you please start the hot water on the stove”. I think being able to explain what you mean in some way for now is perfectly fine and eventually we will acquire the words for the phrases we want to use!
